All projects are subject to a separate Service Agreement or Proposal, which will detail the scope, timeline, and deliverables for individual clients. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific project contract, the project contract shall prevail.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding materials, and photography created by ItsMaevah Creative LLC remain the intellectual property of the creator until final payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the finalized assets for their business purposes as specified in their project contract.

3. Payments and Deposits

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project slot in our calendar.

• Invoicing: Final payment is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final, high-resolution source files.

• Late Fees: Payments not received by the agreed-upon date may incur a late fee of 10% per week.

4. Revisions and Feedback

Project proposals include a set number of revision rounds. Any requests outside the original scope or exceeding the allotted revision rounds will be billed at our current hourly rate. We value clear, constructive feedback to ensure the project meets your vision.

5. Website Usage

You agree to use maevah.co for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our site or its servers.

• Copying, distributing, or scraping content from this site without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ItsMaevah Creative LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. While we strive to ensure all websites and designs are functional and aesthetically pleasing, we are not responsible for third-party hosting issues, platform changes (e.g., Squarespace or Shopify updates), or domain registration lapses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our professional services shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Suffolk County, New York.
