Maevah is my middle name, and it means “welcome”.

I use it for my creative work as an expression of openness and presence.

I’ve been capturing beauty around me since I was 13, growing up in Haiti with only a phone. I’m drawn to light, weather, and seasonal change, elements that quietly define how a place feels. Much of my work explores the East End of Long Island's beauty, including the water, sky, and natural forms, using simplicity and restraint to allow the scene to speak for itself.

With a background in business and marketing, I approach photography with intention and clarity. Each image is composed to be deliberate, balanced, and timeless, favoring presence over excess.

Thank you for visiting my creative world.
