Maevah is my middle name, and it means “welcome”.

I use it for my creative work as an expression of openness and presence.

I’ve been capturing beauty around me since I was 13, growing up in Haiti with only a phone. My photography focuses on atmosphere rather than events. I’m drawn to light, weather, and seasonal change, elements that quietly define how a place feels. Much of my work explores water, sky, and natural forms, using simplicity and restraint to allow the scene to speak without interruption.

With a background in business and marketing, I approach photography with intention and clarity. Each image is composed to be deliberate, balanced, and timeless, favoring presence over excess.
